Our fabrication capabilities include both hand lay-up and chop gun application, allowing us to match the right process to your project. We work with a variety of fiberglass cloths and reinforcements, as well as advanced materials such as carbon fiber and Kevlar when strength, weight, or performance are critical.

Henning Fiberglass is locally owned, single-operator fiberglass shop, we take pride in delivering hands-on craftsmanship and personalized service on every project. Our products can be finished with a high-quality Class A gelcoat or built with a primer gelcoat for easy sanding and painting. We also specialize in fiberglass restorations, repairs, and custom fabrications.
We are a full-service fiberglass shop capable of taking your idea from concept to completed product. This includes building patterns (plugs) and creating molds to support consistent, high-quality fiberglass production.
In addition, we offer custom foam carvings in virtually any shape imaginable. These can be finished with a durable urethane coating or a fiberglass hardcoat, depending on your application and performance needs.
Our shop utilizes a variety of fabrication processes, including open molding, closed molding through RTM (Resin Transfer Molding), and vacuum-assisted processes. Fiberglass can be applied by hand lay-up or with a chop gun, and we work with a wide range of materials—including specialized fiberglass cloths, carbon fiber, and Kevlar.
