Foam Carving & Hardcoating

We offer custom foam carving services in virtually any shape you can imagine. Foam is an excellent solution for prototypes, displays, architectural elements, and complex shapes that are difficult to fabricate with traditional materials.

Once carved, foam pieces can be hard-coated with either a urethane coating or a fiberglass hardcoat, depending on the required durability, finish, and intended use. This process creates a strong, long-lasting surface while maintaining the original shape and detail.
